We understand that an area rug is an integral part of your home’s décor and that you need to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why every area rug we sell is backed by PowerSellerUSA’s 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your order to us within 15 days. No questions asked. Once we receive your order, we will conduct an exchange, or refund the full purchase price of the order (with the exception of tiles), whichever you prefer.

Clearance and custom made items cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed and are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels attached. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to our Returns Department.

If you have a rug return, please contact our Rug Returns department at returns@PowerSellerUSA.com for a Return Authorization Number and Return instructions. (Rugs without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted)

In the rare case that an item is delivered soiled or damaged, we will happily issue a return or exchange at no additional cost. No Refunds after 15 days. Please note that designs may vary slightly due to rug shape or size proportions.

**Please note that all returns on rugs that are 9'x12' and over will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Coupons are not valid for orders shipping to HI, AK or PR.
Orders shipping to HI, AK and PR will incur a $30 surcharge, per item, when order is placed.

***Please note that all returns on Tiles will incur a 25% restocking fee. Also note that in the rare event that some tiles arrive damaged, we will gladly replace any affected tiles that are reported within 15 days of delivery. If the buyer does not want replacements and opts to return the tiles, the tile order(s) will have to be returned in accordance with our return policy.
